SI 7336W-1TC white silicone adhesive sealant is a neutral silicone sealing material that absorbs moisture in the air and cures at room temperature in one component.

It is non-corrosive to materials, and has good bonding and sealing performance for most plastic metals and other materials, protecting electronic products in a stable state under harsh conditions.

Operation process

Surface treatment: will be sticky or coated surface finish clean, clean with cleaning agent to remove rust, dust and oil. Can be applied to a variety of materials, such as glass, metal and most commonly used industrial plastics, to achieve a bottomless coating bond. However, on some polymers, the bond may be poor, such as polyethylene, polypropylene and PTFE. It is recommended to use MAXTECH PM1263 for primer in advance to obtain a good bonding effect.

Sizing: Cut the nozzle to the required size and load it into the glue gun. Squeeze the glue solution onto the cleaned surface for an even distribution. When bonding, the adhesive surface can be closed and fixed. At room temperature and 55% relative humidity, the adhesive exposed to the air will complete the "crust" in about 5 minutes, the surface drying time of 10 minutes, and the curing in 1-2 days according to the application.

Solidification: After completing the crust, the curing will continue from the inside out. The curing depth within 24 hours (room temperature 25 ° C, 50% relative humidity) is approximately 4mm. Very deep sections, especially those with difficulty in contact with water vapor in the air, will require longer curing times. The lower the relative humidity will extend the curing time. The painted part is placed in the air and can be put into use after curing at room temperature for 24 hours.

Note: After opening, use it as much as possible once, once not used up, and then use it again, after squeezing out the cured part, continue to use without affecting normal use.

Storage and shipping

Store away from light and heat and in tight seal.

This product is non-dangerous goods, transported and stored as general chemicals.

The storage period is 12 months at 25℃. After the storage period, please take a sample for testing.
