Description

GEL 6707 is a colorless, transparent and strong silicone gel gel, which is an elastic soft material that forms a buffer after curing.

It is used to insulate circuit boards from moisture and other harmful contaminants, and to provide insulation against high voltages.

Another use is to provide stress relief to protect circuits and interconnectors from high temperature and mechanical stress.

Epoxy potting compounds generally perform as a better adhesive, high-temperature resistance, and chemical resistance and have better adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and typically do not need primers.
Polyurethane Potting Compounds generally have better flexibility, elongation, and abrasion resistance.
Acrylic Potting Compounds are UV and heat-hardening materials, with fast hardening, adequate chemical resistance, and clear appearance.

Use temperature range- 60 ∽ 200℃
l The A and B components are weighed at a ratio of 1:1, mixed evenly, and injected directly into the components (or modules) that need to be potting and protected.

l The pot-sealed component will stand, the operation time is very fast, and it can be cured in a short time, and the initial curing at normal temperature is about 50-60mins; The operation is suitable for glue filling equipment to implement.
l This product should be stored in A cool and    dry environment below 25℃ , and the storage period of A/B below 25℃ is 1 year.

l The products that exceed the storage period should be tested to confirm whether there is  any abnormality before use.

l Such products are classified as     non-dangerous goods and can be

transported as general chemicals. Be careful of leaks during transportation!
