Description
COAT 7060 7061 is a low viscosity one component silicone resin protective coating, easy to use, after curing to form a layer of film, with excellent high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation properties and excellent waterproof, seismic and absorption expansion and contraction, corona resistance, leakage resistance. It can enhance the moisture-proof and anti-fouling ability of electronic circuits and components, prevent the solder joints and conductors from being eroded, and also play the role of shielding and eliminating electromagnetic interference, preventing short circuit, and improving the insulation performance of the circuit board. In addition, the coating protective film is also conducive to the friction resistance and solvent resistance of the line and components, and can release the pressure caused by periodic changes in temperature.Features

- In order to maintain all properties of MGR 08 product series, this product should be used within 12 months from the date of production, storage temperature in the original container: 1℃ -30 ℃;
- Use the container as soon as possible after opening. Products after use should not be returned to the original packaging to avoid contamination or counter-effects.

Silicone Potting Compounds are soft and flexible, silicone potting compounds and encapsulating materials possess a good level of elongation.Silicone potting compound can also withstand a wide range of temperatures. Most silicone materials are able to operate at temperatures between -40°C and 200°C.
Epoxy potting compounds generally perform as a better adhesive, high-temperature resistance, and chemical resistance and have better adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and typically do not need primers.
Polyurethane Potting Compounds generally have better flexibility, elongation, and abrasion resistance.
Acrylic Potting Compounds are UV and heat-hardening materials, with fast hardening, adequate chemical resistance, and clear appearance.
