SI19106T series are neutral organic silicone adhesive sealant, room temperature cured through contacting with the moisture in the air. It could NOT be heated cured. Used for protection of electronic products which under the harsh conditions, with good adhesion to most kinds of
  material. SI1916T-1 is the higher strength version of SI1916T.

1) Surface Preparation: Clean the surfaces to be bonded or coated, removing rust, dust, grease, and other contaminants.

2) Application: Remove the cap from the tube (or cut the nozzle), then apply the adhesive evenly onto the cleaned surface. Press and fix the bonded parts together.

3) Curing: Allow the bonded or sealed parts to cure naturally in the air. Curing progresses from the surface inward. Under room temperature (23°C) and 55% relative humidity, the adhesive will cure to a depth of 3–4 mm within 24 hours. For deeper applications—especially in areas with limited air exposure—full curing may take longer. At lower temperatures, curing time will also extend. For a 1 cm thick sealant, full curing may require more than 3 days.

∎Precautions

* After use, immediately tighten the cap and store the remaining adhesive in a sealed condition.

* If a slight skin forms at the nozzle before reuse, simply remove it—this does not affect performance.

* During storage, minor curing may occur at the tube opening. Remove the cured material before use; this does not impact the product's effectiveness.
