COAT 721L silicone coating adhesive is a low-viscosity neutral organic silicone with 100% solid content and is easy to spray, dip, brush or pour. Protective coatings for hard and soft printed circuit boards and for impregnated porous substrates.
COAT 721L silicone coated adhesive cured elastomers have the following properties:
Single component, low viscosity solvent-free, environmentally friendly
High transparency, room temperature curing, good adhesion
Stable and elastic at -60-200 ℃ after curing
It has good adhesion with most substrates without substrate coating
Excellent waterproof, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, electrical insulation performance
Application
Suitable for coating coating of thick film circuit system and printed circuit board; LCM liquid crystal border seal; Other applications requiring good permeability;

Epoxy potting compounds generally perform as a better adhesive, high-temperature resistance, and chemical resistance and have better adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and typically do not need primers.
Polyurethane Potting Compounds generally have better flexibility, elongation, and abrasion resistance.
Acrylic Potting Compounds are UV and heat-hardening materials, with fast hardening, adequate chemical resistance, and clear appearance.
